Cheap Video out card to watch DVDs - Help

I already have a GeForce MX2 card that is ok for my needs but dosen'f have Video Out. I would like to watch dvd/divx on my TV and would like a cheap video out card to do this. Is is easy to have two cards in at once and will it impact my games playing. Is it best to have two profiles, one with the video out card enabled and the other with just the MX2 card enabled. I use XP and have a 900Mhz Athlon.

You might want to get a DVD decoder card like a Hollywood Plus. If I remember correctly they have a S-Video out on the back of the card. Eiether that, or look for an ATI video card. They have great hardware-assist for DVD and nice video quality/
