Ive got a computer with no AGP slot that I would like to pop in a budget 3d card into. Does anyone know of a roundup comparing the PCI versions of cards like the radeon, kyro2, and gforce2mx?

If the computer is that old u may want the kyro2 since it gives the best power to performance ratio. I think TR ran an article way back on it.

That was the agp version unfortunately. Any others know if you can actually buy the kyro2 pci anywhere? I havent had any luck finding a place yet.

The Radeon 7000 64MB DDR PCI (ATI Part# 100-100-730284) is the best PCI video card available.

It doesn't have to be old to have just PCI slots. I've got a KL133 mb that doesn't have an AGP slot. Why? 99 bucks for it in a system with a case and a Duron 800 processor about 6 months ago. Couldn't pass it up.
