RCA Composite TV out on Radeon 7770 or Geforce 550 ti?

I'm thinking of upgrading my 8800 gt to a Radeon 7770 or Geforce 550 ti (I've only got a 450 watt power supply, and I don't want to upgrade that if I can help it). I occasionally still output standard def content to an old CRT in the same room as the computer, while I'm surfing and such, the composite RCA input on the TV. Has anybody out there managed to output to a composite tv input on the 7770 the DVI to VGA adapter and a passive VGA to composite/s-video adapter, or using the VGA output on a 550i to a passive adapter (like this one http://www.satacomputer.com/product.php?productid=11170&cat=0&page=1 )?
Thanks!

I think you might be better off with something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Sewell-PC-VGA-RCA ... pd_sim_e_7

Run it just like another monitor with a DVI-VGA converter. It'll be compatible for sure, and you don't have to mess with passive converters that may not actually work. It gives you the option of S-Video as well, if your TV supports it.

Thanks, that would do the trick nicely, and is fairly inexpensive; even the version on Monoprice was going for $32, and locally these were going for $40.
