IE9 or FireFox, which is more secure?

Fri Sep 09, 2011 7:19 pm

IE9 says its 3x more secure than FF and others, but with NoScript in FF I have been able to block SO MUCH crap that would other wise been able to run on my system. IE9 can block scripts but it blocks all of them where as NoScript you can look at the ones that are good vs bad and choose which ones you want to run. So which one is more secure in your eyes/experience?

With Noscript and ABP + the "malware domains" blocklist, I'm rather confident in Firefox's security.

That + Sandboxie should be bulletproof. It's a good combination for visiting porn sites.

Rule #12.

Locked.
What we have today is way too much pluribus and not enough unum.
