inexistent flash player 11 eula

Thu Oct 13, 2011 4:32 am

Got the update prompt today for flash player 11. Curious about the plethora of services offered and the privacy issues that may arise, I clicked on the Read license here link which at the time of this writing did not contain the agreement for flash 11. Friend google found one here, but only for the beta version.

Given that these types of EULA are generally unenforceable anyway, and the company is ultimately going to do pretty much whatever they want (until they get caught), I'd say this is a non-issue.
Nostalgia isn't what it used to be.
