I was a long-term holdout on 3.6.x and finally made the jump. I've found enough add-ons & plug-ins to make 11 look as close to 3.6.x as reasonably possible, but with one singular (and grating) exception:

Does anyone know how to recreate the Tab Mix Plus behavior where I could get a New Tab button on the far left side of the Tab Bar? Yes, I know I can double-click or middle-click, but I want my New Tab button in the exact same spot it's been for years.

I know it's not the answer you wanted, but you've been using Firefox wrong.

you can still do it capt'ned. I just tried it out myself on FF11.

1. First download this add-on: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... ar-button/

2. Then right-click on the tab bar in the empty area (not a tab or the + button, but next to it), click on Customize.

3. Drag "New Tab" button to the left of the browser bar, and whalla. done.

Thanks millions. Firefox now looks "right". Even have a version of Qute for FF11.
