Anyone in PostFuRUs need a decent QB?

Sun Oct 24, 2004 11:16 am

I've got Jake Delhomme and Drew Brees if anyone is interested. I'm looking for a good WR.

Ummm...why does the title of this thread say decent QB and then mention Delhomme and Brees?

Now if anyone wants a highly overrated, piss poor defense, just look to the waiver wire in a couple days and you'll find Atlanta there. Any team that gives up 56 to the Kansas **** Chiefs has no place on my roster.
Good bye everyone.

Because Drew Brees has a good ammount of TDs in the air, and excluding the eagles game, Delhomme has been putting up good numbers as well.

Drew Brees is one bad game from riding the pine for the rest of the season (SD didn't draft Phillip Rivers #4 to hold a clipboard) and plays on a team that features Tomlinson over the passing game, and Delhomme has a makeshift & porous O-line, no one to throw to, and a 3rd string RB behind him.
Good bye everyone.

Jake Delhomme.

In passing yards he's 18th, TD's 17th, and 27th in passer rating.

Drew Brees.

16th in yards, 11th in TD's, 6th in passer rating.

Oh gee. If that stiff is the benchmark by which we judge QBs, we're all in a lot of trouble.
Good bye everyone.
