I am surprised to see the Eagles ranked so high.

And I agree, the Vikings will go far this year.

Vikings go far because of Favre? Maybe in spite of him...

Cracked rib, recently repaired, questionable throwing arm? PFFFFFT. If they win, it's with their defense and their offensive line letting AP get some steam, not with that relic. STEELERS BABY. You know you loved our fireworks last night, **** was tiiiiiiiiiiight amirite?

Well, the absence of Polamalu is going to hurt. Very few teams can absorb the loss of an impact player of his calibre. If they go 4-2 without him, you should consider yourself lucky. This puts the Pats in a much better position. Chargers and Bears might just be able to take advantage.

Wait he ranked the Superbowl team from last year first and the team with the worst record last year.....last. Genius!

I think that list sucks. The Jets are way too high, as are the Eagles. The Vikings over Green Bay? Nah. I think the Bears have just as much a shot as those 2.

Um... those are composite ranks... "he" did not rank anything, its the average of the six website "he" uses, its like the average opinion. And i don't get your point, are you saying its dumb to put the worst team last and the best team first? And like i said its an average... so you can see that not everyone had the steelers first, or Detroit last, but the average had them end up there.

The eagles destroyed the panthers, the jets upset Texans, and for the bears, cutler sucked and they lost their pro bowl linebacker.

I know everyone is on the Brady hype train right now. But what I watched last night was a Patriots team that got dominated for 3.5 quarters and only won because someone choked. If that guy stays in the endzone and takes a knee that was the ballgame. This was from a team that is not very good.

Ditto for the Chargers. I don't think the Raiders have improved that much over last year and the preseason. I'd like to be wrong but Jamarcus Russel is horrible.

You forgot to mention that Minnesota dominated, Green Bay barely won, even though the Bears turned the ball over multiple times, etc.

I guess we will see who's right as the season progresses.

As much as I dislike Favre... AD truly is amazing. That long run he had was simply insane. He shoved a Cleveland player out of bounds, coming to a full stop and accelerated so quickly no one could catch him. If the Vikings keep Favre in check and Childress doesn't screw it up for them then they are very dangerous.

I hated Farvre and said he sucked all my life, until August 18, 2009, so I don't blame you. Anways, your completly right, that peterson run was so sick, he is a freek of nature (just like Moss was).

Week 2 rankings are posted and guess what, vikings are at 7!
