2010 NFL Draft

Who's going first? Bradford to the Rams or a trade up to #1?
Being a Bills fan, I"ve been reading alot of them maybe drafting Jimmy Clausen.
I'm not sure what i think about that, a left tackle who can actually protect any
of their qb's might be nice.

I understand your quandary. The Bills have been horrible for at least a decade now. As for my team, the Buccaneers, we need defense BADLY. Lots of it. The only times Tampa Bay have been any good is when the defense has been top five or so. Otherwise, it is painful.

St. Louis will almost certainly take a QB #1...... unless they smarten up and get McNabb from Philly.

I am interested to see if any team will give up a high draft pick for Donovan McNabb. I think it could be a win-win for both sides as a growing Eagles fanbase is ready to move onto our QB of the future, Kevin Kolb.

Oh, and there is also Michael Vick sitting around as a backup making 5 million a year. I wonder what is going to happen with that.

I think Clausen in another Quinn, buyer beware (Although golden taint may do well). Tebow seems to have turned into a dud. Dan LeFevour and Colt McCoy will be a bargain though. Bradford reminds me too much of Stafford.

The Lions could really use Ndamukong Suh, they could really use a running back as well

If Suh is available, you take him. Even if you're the Rams. If it was up to me? Take Suh with #1, and trade #33 and OJ Otagwe to Philly for McNabb + a 5th or 6th. Philly can then choose a DE with their 1st and an O-Lineman with #33 and a RB with their own 2nd rounder. Its win/win/win for everyone so long as St. Louis can keep their OL together.

Nice plan, if your last three or four drafts had a franchise QB in them. The Rams probably need D, but they need a QB more (Bulger is not getting any younger). The Lions may not need Suh, but I know the Bucs do. PS: What do the Lions really need at #2 anyway that is worth #2 signing bonus money?

The Rams could use McNabb for 2-3 years as a stop gap and draft a QB next year to groom for a year or two under McNabb. My scenario works out PERFECTLY for the Rams AND the Eagles.

Unlike certain positions, QB never seems to be a guarantee. I think picking a QB in the 2nd round could work for them. Chad Henne is doing well in Miami. Much better than say Brady Quinn or Matt Leinart.

I think you can grab a first round WR, RB and get good (maybe not epic, but good) performance out of them. Quarterbacks seem to have the worst time making the transition. I think they all need to spend a few season on the bench to get up to speed.
