Interesting, and there's a proper contingent of old-school players as well.
In those days spirits were brave, the stakes were high, men were real men, women were real women and small furry creatures from Alpha Centauri were real small furry creatures from Alpha Centauri.

i hate slide shows, but, interesting.
Matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves... back to you with the weather, Bob!

#12 Tom Brady over Terry Bradshaw or Roger Staubach? That could cause a lot of debate.

#34 Walter Payton. OK, he has more rushing yards than anyone, but the greatest running back with the number 34 (or any other number) was clearly Bo Jackson.

There were several cases where they picked a current or recently-retired star instead of the best that ever played.

They named Ben Roethlisberger the second-best #7 ever. He of the 22.6 quarterback rating.
Accepting that John Elway was the best #7, Ron Jaworski was a better QB than Roethlisberger, for one example.
