Another small thing:
Can we change the link of the 'Top discussion topics' from "http://techreport.com/articles.x/14168" to "http://techreport.com/discussion.x/14168"? Chances are if you click on a link talking about discussions, that you want to go to the discussions part of it, rather than the article. Maybe that's just me though.

It might be a little counter-intuitive in this case, but the comment count in brackets links to the discussion.
