Depends on how you define "good".

If you're looking for leading edge (or close to leading edge) 3D performance, you are going to be disappointed. The PCI bus simply does not have the bandwidth required to deliver cutting-edge 3D performance.

OTOH, if you're simply looking for a PCI video card for an older system, or want to add a 2nd (or 3rd) 2D display to an existing setup, there should be some reasonable alternatives out there.

Give us a better idea of what you need the card for, and we may be able to give you a better idea of whether there's something out there that meets your needs.
