Power Supply Unit Recommendations

Sat Jul 08, 2006 1:58 pm

Hi,

I'm looking for a new PSU for my PC because the one I have currently has issues. Probably for around £50, maybe less, but around about that figure. Is there any around at the moment which fit the bill? It'll be mainly used for gaming so taking that into account, do you guys have any recommendations?

Thanks fellas,

-Ryder

The Seasonic looks good, and for the sake of £9 I've heard good things from users about their PSUs. The watt is about the same as the one I currently have, so it should be fine, but to be on the safer side would you recommend spending more money on a PSU JustAnEngineer?

I'd give a nod to the 400w enermax liberty. It's listed on this page, 3rd from the top. Right within your budget aswell, which is nice.
