Gaming sistem for a friend

Hey guys Just wanted to ask you opinions on this PC I'm building for a friend. It's a little bit similar to mine, with some exceptions thanks for the current price drops and some new stuff on the market. Purpose of gaming at 1920x1080 resolution, just gaming really
It goes like this:
Processor: i5 2500K
Motherboard: Asus P8Z68 V
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz 2x4Gb
Graphic Card: Asus GTX560Ti DirectCu II
SSD: Corsair Force 3 90Gb
HDD: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1Tb
PSU: Corsair TX-750W V2
Case: Coolermaster CM-690 II
Cooler: Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus
DVD Burner: Samsung SH-223L Lightscribe
Solid build?
Some questions...
Is the case and motherboard a good choice to future SLI with another GTX560Ti?
Is the CPU cooler suficient for a modest overclock, say 4.0-4.2Ghz range?
Should I apply some more cooling, like a side panel fan for the GPU at the moment of planing SLI?
Thanks for reading
