Looking for a thorough BIOS set-up guide (Asus)

I have an Asus M5A97 mobo, if that narrows it down. And I don't think it has the old pixelized blue/gray BIOS interface; I think it's different, and I'm not used to it. So anything would be great.
And any tips on the follow-up (installing Win7, etc.)

If you'll select "Advanced Setup" from your fancy graphical menu, you'll get the familiar blue screen text setup options.

Neither of these posts are really any help.. and that first link is not found. I'm looking for a guide, not definitions.
