The Force GT might be a better choice, if priced very close. Also, if you're concerned about SandForce, you have the Crucial m4, Plextor M3, Samsung 830 etc. as alternates.

I'd just straight up recommend the Samsung 830, if you're not going with an Intel 520.
The faster RAM will get you NOTHING but a bigger hole in your pocket- 1600MHz is all you need outside of AMD APUs.
The rest, in order:
Motherboard: only if you need two x8 PCIe 3.0 slots. If you're at 1080p and have no intention of up-sizing, you don't (though it's nice). Get the entry level.
Case: I love mine, just make sure you get the USB 3.0 version or attachment that upgrades it (I had to do this, works great).
GPU: Just ordered one myself, can't be beat today.
CPU: Consider the 3570k, after overclocking there really isn't a difference.
Cooler: there's an 'EVO' version out with an updated fan.
Paste: Your choice, I've stopped using the special stuff (but it's cheap!).
PSU: Waaay overkill. Drop it to a Corsair/Silverstone modular ~650w, and you'll still be good for a second GTX670, with some to spare.
Spinners: Why two spinners? Why the expensive/loud Blacks? I'd just get Samsung Greens and call it good- linear transfers will be in the same ballpark compared to the Blacks, and you might be able to afford a third if you need that much space.
