Storm Scout, NZXT Sentry, Hyper 212 EVO.

The only downside to the Storm Scout is that it doesnt come with front panel USB3.0, but I think you can get an accessory kit to replace the front panel USB2.0 ports with 1 or 2 of them being converted to USB3.0. (don't quote me on that)

Looks like a gaming rig with a little flair since many of those cases have side panel windows, the OP needs a fan controller (aka plans to stuff more fans into the case than what his mobo has pinouts/controls for), and that none of them are particularly "silent" cases.

My haf 922 is silent...i can only hear the 120mm push pull fans at 100% on my h60 type cooler and my 560ti when the fans get over 50% ...the 200mm fans are 900rpm 19db. It has plenty of airflow but only 1 front dust filter, so plan on blowing it out every few months or so.
It does not have front usb 3 but i just plug into the rear IO on the motherboard.
