Is there a laptop with 2 mini pci-e ports

Many laptops have two physical ports, but one is usually wired electrically to a SATA port (and is usually called mSATA).
If there's a specific reason you need two, maybe we could help you find an alternative?

I know my Lenovo Thinkpad L520 has two. One is occupied by Wifi and the other is empty for a mobile broadband modem that I didn't upgrade to. If you find one that's mobile broadband ready and are willing to use USB for Wifi, then you'll have your two free mini pci-e slots.
