$140 - Best Buy Asus X205TA Bay Trail 11.6" notebook

It's the Asus 'netbook' that's been posted around the net lately. Nothing spectacular, with a Bay Trail tablet SoC, but very good battery life at least, and for $140 *shrug* Apparently the screen isn't all that bad for a TN too.

EDIT: Well, it seems that Staples will have this 2GB/32GB same model as far as I can tell as a limited quantity/doorbuster/whatever Black Friday weekend deal for $100. :o Dayum, that's cheap.

Deal is dead, but i saw one at Gadgetar similar deal, but it was Acer Aspire Laptop $149.

I didn't buy this because IME 32GB is no good for windows, not even the SST version (or whatever it's called) that runs with installer files compressed. Having 17GB available before updates, before applications are installed and before you even start putting your own stuff on it is unworkable. Give it a year and the updates and patches alone will mean that there's only 12GB of usable space on the C drive for everything else.
