The EA store is selling the PC version of Need For Speed Shift 2 Unleashed for $18. Considering that this was just released a couple of weeks ago, seems like a pretty good deal.
You can go the direct download route or add $7 or so for shipping for a hard copy.
And no, sorry Steam fans, I don't think this comes with a Steam key.
