I thought about it for about 2 seconds. Guilted over possibly jumping on this for about 5 minutes. Then I pulled the trigger. Well, there goes my budget for May, but since it was already counted in my budget for my September build, I figured why the frack not?

It was 1099 shipped for most of the week before black friday last year, did you miss that in your post-sept budget?

Yeah, I saw that insane price when I was doing research. Of course, Black-fridayish time last year, I wasn't even thinking of a new build, let alone a 30" monitor, so you could say the timing is inconvenient.
