True, but I'm very happy with my Samsung Focus myself. WP 8 can still run WP 7.x apps so I wouldn't count WP 7.5 out just yet when WP 7.x devices still occupy a wider base.
it's one heck of a deal. even with only 7.8, it still does most 90% of what most users need. turn by turn, competent web browsing, great email support. it's a great device for 160$
Yeah, hoping my samsung focus gets the update to 7.8 when it releases. I'm a little worried though, as AT&T skipped over the original focus when releasing the tango update (supposed to fix keyboard not showing up and allows for multiple attachments in MMS).
