Zalman LQ-320 Liquid Cooler for $40

Saw on newegg today, the Zalman LQ-320 is on sale for $40 after MIR (Orig. $110). Features a 120mm PWM fan (90 - 2000rpm) and a 52mm (2") thick radiator. Seems to perform similarly to the H80i (which will set you back $90) while being slightly quieter.

That's a hefty rebate that they have on that thing. Does it mount to the CPU similarly to the H80 ?
