If you're a T-Mobile customer, the full version of MLB At Bat 13 for iPhone and Android is free until June 30. Just download the free version, turn off wifi (so you connect via 3G or LTE), and then fire up the app. It sees you're on T-Mobile and gives you the option of redeeming the full-fat version with an MLB.com account. Live gameday audio and one game live video feed per day for free.
Not sure if this applies to T-Mobile prepaid or just to post-paid. I'm post-paid, so it just worked for me.

edit: my wife is still pre-paid because I can't add another line until I've been active with T-Mo for 60 days (should have done it all at once but didn't, I'm stupid) and she got the same deal, so it seems to apply to pre-paid and post-paid customers both.
