Guild Wars 2 is on sale for $25 for the heroic edition.

The Heroic Edition includes the game, an 18-slot box (so that your character can carry more loot), some armor skins (so that you can look different than most everyone else) and some consumable experience boosters (so that you can level up more quickly). The 18-slot box is useful.
You can eventually craft 18-slot boxes or bags for 2 gold + readily-available materials when you reach level 325 (out of 500) in any armor crafting skill, or you can buy them from another player at the trading post for about 2½ gold.
The things that you could get for an additional $10 in the digital deluxe edition aren't too thrilling. The mistfire wolf elite skill is only useful until you've played enough to unlock more powerful elite skills (such as hounds of Balthazar for human characters). Miniature Rytlock looks great, but miniatures do nothing for game play.
