DDR2-800 is good enough. A similar thread a few posts down.Metal_Freak wrote:So the motherboard I will be getting (EVGA 132-CK-NF78-A1 LGA 775 nForce 780i SLI) can support up to ddr2 1200 but right now that seems a bit too expensive so i was thinking about going with either ddr2 800 or ddr2 1000. My question is will it even matter which I chose? Will there be any noticeable differences between the ddr2 800, 1000, and 1200? Should I just wait and get ddr2 1200 as an upgrade in the future?
