I have 4 memory sticks with me. Just want to know what is the best combination to get the best performance out of them.
2 X kingston PC667 1GB DDR2 stick
2 X Twinmos PC2-4300 256MB DDR2 stick
what is the best combination to install these sticks?
Thanks

If you install all of them, the memory slows down to the slowest ram you have which is the 533 mhz or PC2-4300 speed. I would leave out the 256MB chips and use the 2x1 gig ram. Plus some motherboards don't like mixing different speed rams.
