i bought 1600mhz ram and wanted to overclock the frequency in BIOS. system booted properly, everything is running ok however, couple of monitoring applications (EVGA E-LEET, 3dmark) are showing 1333mhz (max supported by evga x58 mobo). what seems to be the problem??
also, have you gotten any problems running EVEREST?? i tried it twice on the new computer and twice got BSOD... (that was before overclocking RAM)
