anything to replace abit Fan EQ ?

Now that abit is out of the business I've slowly started looking for a replacement to my IP35 Pro. It has this very useful hardware monitoring system with own chip and OS drivers, which allows for automatic fan speed adjustements as deemed necessary by temperature probes, with plenty of options for the user - either set in own BIOS section or in software (and applied in real time). Haven't seen anything similar in motherboards from other vendors, but I must have missed something!
