Turning a Samsung 46 HDTV into a gamer's paradise!

Greets, I have a Samsung 4665 46'HDTV with Onkyo surround sound.. With my current rig (Core Duo with 8800gts and Audigy Gamer SoundCard) what is the "Best" way to connect my TV to the computer, to get the best picture and surround sound if possible? I plan on only using this setup for gaming (not surfing, etc), am not a noob but have been out of the business for a while and want to run these cables through the wall before I drywall over 'em! Thanks for the input and ideas!

You'll want an HDMI-DVI cable. For audio you'll have to run analog if you want surround sound in games.
