Basically, when there's Chinese/Japanese/non-English characters in the path or filename, Irfanview pops up and says it can't find the 'file header'.
Do I need a different image viewer? I got a little too zealous in vLite, so I have to use some other image viewer. And I'm too lazy to re-vLite Vista.
Is there a fix for this?

Rename the files?
Don't know if the latest ACDSee can deal with Unicode names, may be worth a try.
