multicolor lines on lcd tv

I have a 38 inch lcd Samsung tv that began getting thin multicolor vertical lines. They are not there all the time. I am replacing capacitors because of a power-up problem. So, while it's open I might as well fix the other problem if it is fixable. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
