LG Chassis repair/replacement

Hi,

I have a LG 32" LCD TV. Model: 32LC4R-TA

A chip on its chassis is overheating.

Chassis: LP78A/PP78A

Chip: VCT7993P-A1-H000
Manufacturer: Micronas

I have checked with all vendors in my city, the respective chip and chassis are not avaialbe. A suggestion on an alternative chassis/chip, or a website from where I can get them would be highly appreciated. Please let me know if any further information is required. Thanks.
