Samsung LNS4041DX/XAA picture issue

I have been searching for a solution for an issue Im having with my TV. Once it warms up, the picture gets pixilated. Shadowy areas get odd coloring. On skin tone, like a face, it gets red pixels where tone definition would be. Black areas get odd green pixels. Anyone know what may be causing this? The capacitors are fine, so its not a power supply issue.

I forgot to add last night that the main board has been replaced twice. The first time the repair tech brought the wrong model board
