Need help with new monitor

I have around R1600 to buy a new monitor, please help me choose a good one, i'm currently using a 15' crt. My store is www.take2.co.za

Which monitor is best for you may depend on what you use the computer for. What would you say you do the most on your computer?

Samsumg is usually a good brand for monitors; there seem to be a few of those in your price range.

I'd just go with a Samsung or LG that is in your price range then. Keep in mind that many "widescreen" monitors have limited vertical resolution; if you want more than 900 pixels vertically, pay close attention to the specs.
