Dead Pixels

Postposted on Sat Oct 01, 2011 12:14 pm

We bought my 92 year old Dad a Samsung LN32D450 LCD TV 2 1/2 months ago.
Yesterday we noticed two white vertical rows of dead pixels, the two rows are about 1/2" apart.
Any Ideas ? :(

Send it back for a warranty replacement.

Thanks Starfalcon

We took a shot at calling the store yesterday and they had us bring it back and gave us a new one. That was great instead of taking it in for warranty service.
