Not a lot to comment on the whole calibration tangent this thread took but I do want to say that I'd like to stay away from plasmas due to burn in concerns. As primarily a PC screen there will be a lot of static content on display and I just don't want to have to even worry about it at all. In other news changing the power saving setting on my existing screen seems to have solved the problem it developed detecting inputs so for now I think I can wait to make a purchase.
