Overclocking Geforce2 GTS-V

How do i know that i have reached the limit on overclocking this card. I hear people talkin of which atifacts n so forth. Is there a program to download to check this kinda stuff.

artifacts are messed up images you see on your screen while your playing a game. If your not seeing any, then you might be able to overclock a little more. Just use trial and error until you find the highest overclock that doesnt produce any artifacts (if thats what you want)

Hi, when you overclock, play a game for a while, and if you start to see white dots jittering about the sreen, then you have reached the limit of the Memory. When you start to experience instability and lockups, you will find that you have reached the limits of the core clock.

How far have you pushed it already? Starting from that crippled 175MHz core speed, you ought to have lots of room to grow. I'd lean on the memory a lot more, though, as that's where the big gains are hiding.

i haven't overclocked it yet. I plan on doin so tonite after my cousin finishes installin XP on my system. The minimum i plan to clock it is at 200/333. Work from there.
