Vrock - That CPU will be unlocked on any mobo. The 2200+ and above Tbreds are actually unlocked as well, on every motherboard... The problem is the multiplier. The original 4 bit code allowed for multipliers from 5.5X through 12.5X. There were similar problems with the 1.3A and 1.4AGHz Tbirds, since they used 13X and 14X mults, which are off the top of the chart. The 22/24/2600+ also have these problems. The 2200+ is a 13X mult, 2400+ is 15X, the 266 FSB 2600+ is 16X, and the 2800+ is 13.5X. The 333 FSB CPUs below 2700+ have multipliers below 12.5X again, though, so it's not a problem.
Basically: If you have a default multiplier of 13X or above, you need a mobo with 5 bit FID setup. Of the nicer NF2 mobos, the Asus has it in hardware with the BIOS support coming shortly (beta bios has it now), the Abit has it, and the MSI has it, along with most KT400s. Most of the other NF2 mobos should be getting support soon, since all it required was half a brain while wiring the socket and a little bit of BIOS work later.
