Trying to decide between the two of these. I haven't been able to find a lot on the Thermalright Silver Arrow, unfortunately, nor is it available in many places.
I'd prefer whichever is the more quiet of the two.
Your thoughts?

Seems like the Thermalright is your choice. Both pretty similar thermal performance, but the Thermalright is a good bit quieter.

Yeah, that was one of maybe two decent reviews I found. I wasn't too sure if they used the Ultra Low Noise Adapters during that test for the NH-D14. If they did, and they are comparing that to the fans on the Thermalright, then I am very impressed.
