Problem with OC at 1055t and Asus formula IV

Hi. I am new here and i already love it. Can someone please make a quide or something for overclocking the AMD Phenom X6 1055T with Asus Crosshair Formula IV? I need something stable for 24/7 use.
I do pro HD video editing with the Adobe CS4 Master. I don't know if i need to oc all the cores. You are the experts. If it is possible i need details because i am new in this.

My Ram are the Corsair XMS3 (CMX8GX3M4B1333C9).
PSU Thermaltake Toughpower 750W.

This is a good guide for overclocking AMD CPUs.
Phenom II X6 1055T, 8GiB DDR2, Gigabyte GA-MA790X-UD4P, Radeon 5850, Antec 1200 case, Windows 7 Pro 64bit, a few TB of storage.
