Do I need a new cooling system?

Postposted on Wed Nov 17, 2010 2:14 am

Hello,

I am currently using Acer Aspire AX1200-B1792A.
Details on the spec can be found here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6883103221

I have recently bought a new GC, mid-tower casing and PSU

GC : http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Superclocked ... 695&sr=1-2
mid tower case : http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Win ... 733&sr=1-2
PSU : http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-CMPSU-650 ... 775&sr=1-1

I heard that the temperature on this GC can shoot up to 70celcius. Is that normal? or do I need to get a new cooling system in my unit?

Any feedback is highly appreciated.

Thanks.

The GTX 460 gets up to 69°C in TR's review. That's considered normal.
