Y-splitter for fan controller

Do these make the fans run in parallel with each other? As in if I connect two twelve volt fans into one of this and then this into a socket of a twelve volt fan controller will they both still be running at 12 volts or will they will be split to 6 each as in series?

It really depends on the controller but fans only really pull a lot of current when starting up. Once they are running they do not use that much voltage so they could probably coexist fine on the same connection. The actual voltage they need to start and run is usually listed on the fan itself or can be looked up on the internet.
