AI tweaker in ASUS p8p67 pro rv 3 when in BIOS-i have these settings...
under DIGI + VRM
Load line calibration-auto
VRM frequency-auto
VRM Speed spectrum-disabled
Phase control-standard
Duty control-T.Probe for VRM thermal balance or should I chose Extreme for VRM current balance?
WHat should I change in these. I am not overclocking.

If you're not overclocking, leave the setting alone. The default will work fine.
