To update, just in case someone finds this post, I added a Scythe Kama Flex to the rear of the Hyper 212+ (the air 'pushing' side) and moved the fan that comes with it to the front 'pulling' side. I attached both to MB PWM connectors (CPU Fan, and Chasis Fan 1). I set both fans to 'Standard' Q-Fan profiles in the bios. I haven't found my idling temps to be any better, but my max temps under load are 1-2c lower. Its very quiet though as neither fan is spinning very fast.
