3.3V goes to 0.000 then back to 3.3V on ASUS with BIOS 2001

I updated my BIOS to V 2001 in my ASUS P8P67 PRO B3 REV 3.1 from V 1850. SInce then AI Suite 2 has recorded a complete voltage drop in 3.3V from 3.360V to 0.000V back to 3.360V in less than a minute, this has only happened 3 times since I flashed it about a week ago. Is this a bad flash, Should I go back to V 1850, what is causing this and what damage could this do? What are your suggestions...

It's pretty likely it's just reading the sensor wrong - obviously if the 3.3v rail was dropping to zero you'd see some manifestation of that in use.

I updated through AI Suite 2 on desktop, restarted and let it boot up, then shut down to clear CMOS, restarted and set BIOS to my preferred settings, then rebooted. I have not changed a thing since. What would you look for if this was a real problem and not a sensor malfunction? Did I use the correct process for updating BIOS?

I probably wouldn't give a second thought to it. Most of the sensors on the boards I've owned over the years have been flaky at best.

If it was actually going to 0V then your computer would probably hard-lock, since the 3.3V rail provides accessory power to various system components.
