RAID + WD's

Wed Dec 11, 2002 6:19 pm

Would it be possible to RAID together 2 WD Digitals 120 GB and partition say 10 GB for Windows XP on the WD's and still have 230 GB for storage? I don't know that much about RAID.

A RAIDed array just looks like one big drive to the OS, so you can do anything you want to it that you can do to a single drive.

Just make sure you format them in NTFS. I run a 5GB partition for WinXP on mine.
