Win2K Crashes out Games

I have a machine that will suddenly crash out of games, (i.e. Counter-Strike, and StarCraft are the only games loaded currently) It doesn't seem to be a specific length of time at which it will happen either. It's farily random. I do get an event log item but the information there is next to useless as far as I can get out of it.
I'm running:
Intel Pentium 4 1.7 GHz
MSI SiS645 Ultra Mainboard
256 MB DDR 333MHz
SoundBlaster Live 5.1
Western Digital 20.4 GB Hard Drive
Asus 7100 MX 400 32MB video card
No other programs seem to cause a sudden crash of the program. Sometimes it does reboot the machine then I lose my NIC and Sound Card until I completely shutdown and restart the machine.
I've gone through and killed processes that were running in the Systray so that I have as few items running as possible to try to track this down. I'm at a loss at this point.
