Hide/disable printer in 98SE

How can I hide or disable a printer so a child (11 year old, probably certitfied A+........) can't print to it other than removing the printer cable or disabling it in device manager (if you can)?

What version of Windows? If it has enforced user security (NT/2000/XP), you can simply disallow that user for that printer object.

98SE...ya, your best bet would be to give them a user account to use thats not allowed to print, or just use one account that doesnt have rights to print that asks for a user that does have rights...im not sure that even made since in my head
