I read this wierd article the other day. Maybe it's a bash of some vague language that can be interpreted several ways or maybe it's some sort of legally unenforceable mental masturbation for some legal half-wit at Microsoft.
I wonder what wording it specifically references. They didn't include the snippet of language from the Licensing Agreement or Terms of Use/Service that references this specific policy. I can guess what it says, but I wouldn't mind seeing the actual sentences in print.
